I. Assessment without surgery
(medical examination, sperm test, scrotal US and infrared technique)

The international team carries out not only the medical examination but also the sperm hyper-selection including the IMSI lecture and the dynamic imaging of testicles as testicular ultra-sonography and color Doppler examination, also the multi-modality dynamic imaging by infrared-technology.

II. Diagnostic surgery

is an important step in the diagnosis of male infertility to help the therapeutical process. The interventions included are multiple bilateral testicular biopsies, TESE and MESA (micro-epidydimal sperm aspiration) techniques, or microsurgical testicular biopsy with special biological lecture of the spermatogenesis due to the operation, also the histological evaluation, the sperm cryopreservation and if needed, the wash out technique as well.

III. Assessment with surgery

The male infertility problems can be resolved by microsurgical techniques in 80% of the cases.
After the complete examination of the patient, the surgical intervention can be performed the following day in the one day surgery care. Scrotal and testicular venal insufficiency can be treated with a special complete microsurgical correction (MIVAS, MIRED developed and supervised by Prof. Dr. Giuseppe Tritto), and if it is needed, the testicular biopsy could be performed. We provide opportunity for combining biopsy with some genetic examination. Due to the microsurgical correction, we have got the possibility to check the result immediately applying real-time dynamic metabolic infrared technique in the operating room.
